Send your graduating 6th Grader a personal dedication in the 2011-2012 yearbook!
Each dedication os only $5.00 (cash only). All proceeds will go towards the 6th Grade Science Camp Fund.
You may include a picture of your child (only 1 per dedication) and the written dedication may be up to 300 characters (including spaces). A maximum of two dedications per child. Email the picture and dedication to memorybook@orangepta.com or send in an actual copy to school. The picture will be scanned and returned to you. Make sure to mark your dedication and picture with your child’s name, teacher’s name and marked “6th Grade Dedication”. Deadline is February 1st.
